Your opportunity
You will partner with business leaders and hiring managers to attract, source, and recruit mission‑aligned talent across Anglicare. You'll design and coordinate effective recruitment campaigns, ensure a seamless candidate journey, and deliver trusted advice to support high‑quality hiring outcomes.
Key responsibilities
* Partner with leaders and hiring managers to deliver end‑to‑end recruitment.
* Promote and embed Anglicare's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) across all recruitment activity.
* Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using innovative and proactive methods.
* Build and activate talent pools for current and future workforce needs.
* Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process.
* Support compliance requirements, contracts, and recruitment administration.
What you'll bring
You're a strong communicator and collaborator who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and creating meaningful candidate experiences.
Required qualifications
* At least 3 years' experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition.
* Proven ability to partner with leaders and deliver high‑quality recruitment outcomes.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
Desirable qualifications
* Experience with ATS platforms (preferably Workday) and AI‑enabled recruitment tools.
* Experience and desire to work in not‑for‑profit, aged care, or community services recruitment.
