We are seeking an ambitious and experienced customer service professional to join our team as a Counter Team Leader. As a key member of our Latrobe store, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic and enthusiastic counter team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
* Liaise with team members to ensure exceptional customer service is delivered across all shifts.
* Manage stock levels, plan merchandising displays and maintain high standards of presentation.
* Maintain strong relationships with colleagues, promoting a positive work environment and contributing to the overall success of the business.
* Foster a culture of excellent communication, leadership and people management skills within the team.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
* Strong communication, leadership and people management skills.
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
* Flexible and willing to work a rotating roster, including some early and late shifts, plus alternate weekends.
* In-depth knowledge of retail operations, including cash handling, WH&S and Food Safety compliance.
