Account Manager Job Description
We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing accounts and generating new sales opportunities in Australia and New Zealand.
* Manage existing accounts, specifically in the Retail, Technology & Mining fields companies.
* Generate new sales opportunities in Australia and New Zealand.
* Sell and upsell our technology solutions while helping companies create and streamline their localisation strategies.
* Cold calling, networking, and representation at industry events and trade shows.
Key Skills:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
* Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
* Service-focused with a desire to exceed clients' expectations.
* Multitasking and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
