As a JMO Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing a customer-focused service, including recruitment and selection, onboarding, contract management, personnel administration, rostering, leave management, and provision of advice on HR-related policy, awards, agreements, practice, and legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality workforce services to the Shoalhaven Hospital Group
* Recruit and select Junior Medical Officers (JMOs)
* Onboard and manage contracts for JMOs
* Administer personnel matters for JMOs
* Manage rosters and leaves for JMOs
* Advise on HR-related policy, awards, agreements, practice, and legislation
Requirements:
* Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category B role
