With a dedicated commercial division and plans to grow, they have the capability and expertise to manage everything from minor works to complex insurance projects.
The role
- Plan, coordinate and deliver building projects across strata properties and commercial facilities
- Scope, program and budget works including remedial repairs, capital upgrades and compliance project
- Liaise with all stakeholders including owners corporations, strata managers, contractors, engineers, insurers and brokers
- Drive KPI delivery while maintaining building operations and strong trade engagement
- Ensure all works meet OH&S; and compliance requirements
- Provide high quality customer service throughout the entire project lifecycle from makesafe/scope request to completion
- Maintain strong communication and organisation to keep projects running smoothly
The Right Person
- 3–5 years’ experience in a construction/project management role
- Site Supervisors Licence or Builders Licence
- Experience working with strata titled buildings or in the property services industry
- Insurance building experience
- Proficient in project management scheduling tools and Microsoft Office suite
- Solid time management skills
- Strong communicator
