About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Service Receptionist, to join our busy Kia/Jeep Service department in Narellan.
This is a temporary contract position until April ****.
The role will involve the following:
Answer and directing incoming calls
Greet and welcome guests on arrival
Assisting potential clients with enquiries
Booking vehicles in for a service and recalls in ERA and Excel
General administration support duties
The successful candidate will need the following:
Proven reception experience preferred
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
Outstanding customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Ability to work under pressure and multi task
