Learning and Development Lead
The role of the Learning and Development Lead is to drive modern learning strategies, frameworks, policies, and programs to enhance CFA's capability. This involves collaborating with the Manager of Learning and Development to shape the regional learning strategy, ensuring CFA members are skilled to manage emergencies in accordance with Victoria's Emergency Management Arrangements.
The Learning and Development Lead manages and leads a team of Coordinators and Administrators to implement the regional learning plan, ensuring compliance with Australian Skills Quality Authority and Victorian Registration and Quality Authority standards to maintain RTO certification.
This role drives CFA's Regional and state-wide L&D strategy, overseeing training plans, systems, and team alignment with key initiatives. It provides expert advice, identifies improvement opportunities, and supports contemporary learning models. Key duties include building partnerships, standardizing service delivery, preparing reports, and driving continuous improvement and transformation. Operational response duties are performed as needed.
