Aerospace Technician Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Aerospace Technician. As part of our Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Services, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and services of our aircraft fleet.
The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a small team environment. They must also be physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage maintenance, repairs, and calibration of Aircraft Ground Support Equipment and Test & Support Equipment.
* Perform 240V electrical integrity testing on equipment and maintain up-to-date registers.
* Inspect and test torque wrenches, lifting equipment, and working at heights equipment.
* Manage hazardous waste in compliance with policies.
* Handle tool store consumables, including reordering and restocking.
Requirements:
* Be physically fit and able to work autonomously in a small team.
* Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Understand Quality Assurance procedures.
* Must be an Australian citizen.
* Meet security requirements of International Traffic in Arms Regulations.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
