We're looking for a Social Media Content Creator / Video Editor to join our growing team based on the Mornington Peninsula.
This is a hands-on role working across client content and in-house projects, including social media, video production and podcasting.
About the role:
You'll be responsible for creating and editing engaging content across a range of platforms, with a focus on both long-form video (interview/podcast style) and short-form social content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts). The role includes a mix of in-studio production and on-location shoots, so no two days are the same.
Key responsibilities:
* Edit long-form video content (podcasts, interviews, branded content).
* Create short-form social media content for multiple platforms.
* Shoot content both in-studio and on location.
* Contribute ideas and stay on top of current social media trends.
* Assist with podcast recording and production.
* Work across both client campaigns and internal content.
About you:
* Experience editing both long-form and short-form video.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
* Ability to work independently and manage your time.
* Proactive, organised and able to think on your feet.
* Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
* Interest in podcasting and content production.
