Torque Power Diesel (Australia) Pty Ltd is a long-established and highly respected independent supplier of Genuine Cummins and Aftermarket spare parts, servicing diesel and gas engine platforms across Australia and internationally.
Operating since 1978, Torquepower has built a reputation for technical depth, reliability, and service excellence. We currently hold the largest independent Cummins parts inventory in the South Pacific, supported by a purpose-built online ordering platform connecting customers worldwide.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking two experienced Spare Parts Interpreters to join our busy and knowledgeable Sales team based in Archerfield, Brisbane.
The Role
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role suited to an experienced parts professional who values accuracy, responsiveness, and technical understanding. You will work closely with a tight-knit team of Cummins specialists, supporting customers across a range of on-road, industrial, mining, and power generation applications.
Cummins product experience is highly regarded, however candidates with strong heavy-duty diesel backgrounds and a willingness to learn will be strongly considered.

Key responsibilities
● Interpret and supply Cummins and aftermarket spare parts accurately and efficiently
● Respond promptly to customer enquiries and technical requests
● Prepare clear, detailed, and timely quotations
● Identify up-sell and value-add opportunities where appropriate
● Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the quoting process
● Assist customers with online enquiries and ordering
● Contribute to a collaborative team environment with shared accountability
About you
● Proven experience as a Heavy-Duty Diesel Parts Interpreter
● Cummins product or technical experience highly regarded (including ex-technicians)
● Strong customer focus grounded in genuine service delivery
● Clear and professional communication skills
● Confident using digital systems and online resources
● Highly organised with the ability to prioritise competing tasks
● Coachable, adaptable, and open to learning from industry specialists
● Safety-focused with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset
