About the Role
This casual position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a friendly, community-focused environment. You will work across our Pakenham and Beaconsfield clinics, acting as the welcoming face of the practice and supporting smooth day-to-day operations.
You’ll play an important role in creating a caring and professional experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
Availability is required Monday to Saturday, with flexibility to cover additional shifts during leave and busy periods.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
✅ Managing bookings, phone calls, and client enquiries
✅ Processing payments and daily takings
✅ Maintaining a clean, tidy, and patient-ready clinic environment
✅ Assisting with accounts and general administrative duties
✅ Laundering towels and preparing treatment rooms
What We’re Looking For
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, email)
* A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help
* High attention to detail and strong time management skills
* Ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment
* Previous administration or medical reception experience (preferred)
* Experience with practice management software is a bonus
