This is a hands-on leadership role covering:
Reception Centre operations Shop, café, and accommodation bookings Customer service and social media coordination Event bookings and venue hire Team supervision and rostering Financial tracking and program evaluations You'll work closely with a small, committed team to shape an unforgettable visitor journey across multiple sites, including the Dinosaur Stampede National Monument.
We're Looking for Someone Who Has 3–5 years in front-of-house, venue, or tourism operations Brings qualifications in Museum Services, Business, Tourism, or similar Thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment Understands retail/café management and booking systems like ResPax Can lead, mentor, and communicate with confidence and professionalism Bonus if you've got HR experience (recruitment, training, rostering) and social media scheduling know-how.
