The Opportunity
* Manage an established, extremely well‐maintained portfolio with dedicated team support both on‐shore and offshore
* Enjoy autonomy while working closely with a high‐performing, collaborative team
* Full‐time, Monday to Friday role with flexible work options
* Choose your location; Morisset or Maitland
Your Responsibilities
* Full end‐to‐end portfolio management - no accounts
* Liaise directly via the industry leading PM operations platform to guide your offshore administration assistant with an on‐shore PM Team Assistant to assist when the workload requires
* Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Coordinate maintenance and inspections
* Manage NCAT documentation and represent clients at hearings when required
What We're Looking For
* Current NSW Real Estate License
* 2 years' minimum experience in property management (or similar)
* Proactive, solutions‐focused attitude with excellent communication skills
* Highly organised individual that embraces technology and innovation
* Strong relationship builder, happy to focus on dollar‐productive activities and trust our processes and assists to deal with the daily admin
* Experience collaborating with offshore support
