Key Responsibilities for Our Harvest Team
* Harvesting, bunching, and packing of high-quality produce
* Supervising and assisting harvest crews across greenhouses and field crops to maintain production standards
* Ensuring daily harvest quality and consistency in line with customer specifications
* Recording and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) on a daily basis
Daily Tasks as a Skilled Farmhand
* Daily crop care and irrigation management
* General farm maintenance, including infrastructure repairs and equipment operation
* Assisting with planting, crop protection, and other seasonal tasks as required
* Identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact production
To succeed in these roles, you will need strong communication and leadership skills, reliability, organisation, and a positive attitude. Previous horticulture or agriculture experience is essential, and a forklift licence would be advantageous but not mandatory.
