The Paliative Care Physician will be a valued member of the Community Health team to provide specialist expert clinical care to all patients of the palliative care service. We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity.
Key Requirements
* AHPRA registration as a specialist in Palliative Medicine
* Hold FRACP Palliative Medicine and/or FAChPM Essential:
* Experience in palliative care service delivery as a palliative medicine consultant in hospital acute consultative, inpatient and community settings Desirable:
* Post graduate qualification in palliative care
