About the Role
This role sits within our Engineering and Continuous Improvement function and focuses on identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency across the business.
Working closely with the Continuous Improvement team and key operational stakeholders, the Graduate Engineer will analyse operational data, review processes, and support projects aimed at improving productivity, reducing waste and delivering cost savings.
The role involves significant use ofdata analysis, reporting and performance monitoring toolsto support improvement initiatives across the production environment.

Key Responsibilities
Support continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and production operations
Analyse operational and production data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
Develop dashboards and reports usingPower BI and advanced Excel
Extract and analyse data usingSQL and other reporting tools
Monitor performance indicators related to production efficiency, waste and downtime
Assist in identifying areas where processes can be improved or optimised
Support feasibility analysis and reporting for improvement projects
Work closely with engineering, production and maintenance teams to implement improvements
Prepare reports and insights to support operational decision making
Maintain accurate documentation related to improvement projects and engineering activities
Promote safe work practices and contribute to improving workplace safety
Undertake additional duties as required to support engineering and continuous improvement activities
About You
You are analytical, detail oriented and enjoy solving problems using data and engineering thinking.
You are comfortable working with numbers, identifying trends in data and presenting insights that help improve operational performance.
Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
Strong analytical and numerical capability
Experience usingPower BI for reporting and dashboards
Working knowledge ofSQL for data extraction and analysis
AdvancedExcel skills including formulas, pivot tables and data analysis
Strong problem solving ability and attention to detail
Ability to communicate insights clearly to operational stakeholders
Full Australian working rights
Exposure to manufacturing, engineering or FMCG environments (Highly Regarded)
Experience analysing operational or production data (Highly Regarded)
