This leadership position entails partnering with our esteemed Head Coach to spearhead a high-performing team and foster an outstanding community experience. The role demands proactive participation in developing the store team and culture, driving strategic results, and ensuring profitable growth of your store.
Collaborating closely with the Head Coach, you will bring events tailored to your store to life, manage business operations, and engage in regular training sessions with the team to establish strong connections with our local community.
Your key responsibilities include delivering an exceptional community experience, serving as a brand ambassador, and sharing stories about our brand history and values. Additionally, you will support the creation and implementation of a strategic quarterly community plan that drives community growth and brand advocacy.
This leadership role requires a skilled leader who can nurture a team from day one, drive results, and provide timely feedback and recognition of the team's growth and successes.
