Your new role
As the Senior Change Analyst, you will support the Enterprise Change Team deliver activities to fulfil change strategies and plans across the transformation portfolio.
Accountabilities
Manage portfolio level change reporting for governance groups and ELT discussions
Conduct change analysis and change impact assessments as required, leveraging Change Methodologies, to support activities.
Provide input into effective change plans in conjunction with the Change Managers to document and communicate people impacts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance business relationships and project delivery. Understand and manage the impacts of the change and project implementation plan.
Provide support to the Head of Enterprise Change on complex organisational initiatives such as operating model and redesign activities.
As part of the team, contribute to improving the change maturity of the organisation through the development of tools and delivery of change capability uplift.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 3 years' experience, ideally in a similar or related role.
Understanding in the application of Change Management methodology and Organisational Development theories
Experience in a large project delivery environment
