Job Description:
This role involves leading a network in developing and implementing new and revised programs and models of care that are evidence-based and support reform of healthcare and service delivery in NSW.
The Respiratory Network Manager will foster engagement to improve patient and clinician experiences, patient outcomes, and transform the delivery of healthcare in NSW.
The position requires full working rights in Australia.
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent relevant health management experience.
* High level knowledge of the Australian and NSW Health system, particularly the contemporary issues, challenges and strategic directions of respiratory care to improve health access for patients and outcomes for the network.
* Demonstrated experience in managing projects throughout a lifecycle and collaborating with diverse stakeholders in the planning, implementation and evaluation of statewide initiatives.
* Demonstrated capacity to work effectively with a range of stakeholders to pursue common goals, including with clinicians, consumers, families, managers and senior leaders.
