Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to students, staff, and visitors through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
* Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains welcoming, tidy, and well-resourced.
* Assist with the coordination of front desk rosters and ensure adequate coverage during business hours.
* Maintain accurate student records and cleanse data for regulatory reporting.
* Support examination processes, including preparation of exam timetables, printing of exam papers, and rostering invigilators.
* Process student requests for enrolment variations, deferrals, and withdrawals in accordance with policies.
* Provide administrative support to various academic and student committees.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a customer-facing role.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
* Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing demands and priorities.
