**The role will require, but is not limited to the following duties**:
- Uphold and lead by the organisational Mission statement, company objectives and promote this to all staff under your supervision
- Data entry
- Administrative support
- Ensure company systems are updated and kept with accuracy
- Ensure high level customer service and professionalism
- Daily scanning, filing, and archiving of relevant documents
- Provide support to any document requests internally and externally
- Respond and assist with any queries relating to responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to senior members of the team
- Provide administrative support to allocations office
- Discover operational inefficiencies and report to manager to improve service level
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- Ability to build effective relationships, internally and externally
- Ability to deal difficult customers with solution focused attention
- Excellent organisational skills and effective communication skills
- Ability meet deadlines and handle pressure / customer demands
