The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the responsibilities of the role will include,
* Full function Accounts Payable processing
* 3 way matching, Purchase Order receipting
* Managing approval processes and Supplier statement reconciliation
* Set up of payment runs and dealing with Supplier queries
* Managing credit card and expense claims
* Full function Accounts Receivable
* Banking, receipting and allocating of payments
* Collections and debtor management and daily bank reconciliations
* Monitoring cash flow and reporting
* Assisting with month end processes
About You
The successful applicant will have/be,
* Experienced in full function Payables and Receivables
* Experienced in banking functions and strong reconciliation skills
* Demonstrated process improvement and streamlining capabilities
* A strong attention to detail and well developed time management skills
* Well developed communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in Dynamics Business Central highly advantageous
* A professional and positive team player
