About this opportunity
Our Rochedale store is currently looking for a motivated and hard working leader, to join and help lead the store's Customer Service department.
Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for managing a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes and much more!
Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive supermarket setting, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:
* Customer service experience is desired, but not essential
* Ability to supervise team members
* Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach
* Unparalleled commitment to customer service
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to liaise with both team members and management
* A flair for merchandising
* Commitment to work health and safety standards
