The Role
We're seeking a passionate and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to support day-to-day service across Julio's, Room Service, and Events.
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll lead a small front-of-house team, oversee service operations, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences every time.
What you'll do
Supervise service periods and guide the FOH team during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events
Set the tone for great service with energy, professionalism, and a strong floor presence
Work closely with the kitchen and Restaurant team to maintain smooth communication
Assist with staff training, development, and daily briefings
Handle guest feedback with confidence and care
Promote daily specials and upsell with genuine enthusiasm
Support RSA compliance and uphold all safety and hygiene standards
Assist with rosters, inventory, and venue presentation as needed
What we need from you
Experience in a restaurant or hotel F&B environment (supervisory experience preferred)
Warm and confident communication style
A hands-on approach to service and a commitment to high standards
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Approved Manager licence (WA)
Availability to work a rotating roster including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Full Legal right to work in Australia
