Job Description:
The role of Construction Project Manager involves overseeing and coordinating the construction process to ensure timely delivery, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Planning:
o Develop project schedules, coordinate timelines, and oversee team activities.
* Team Management:
o Supervise and direct staff, including construction managers, engineers, and laborers.
* Risk Management:
o Identify potential risks, assess their impact, and develop strategies for mitigation or elimination.
* Quality Control:
o Monitor work in progress, inspect materials, and conduct regular site inspections.
Requirements:
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a construction manager on large-scale projects.
* Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
* Strong leadership skills, effective communication, and teamwork abilities.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in MS Project, Procore, and other industry software.
* Current Australian Driver's License and valid White Card.
