Our team work with clients to identify their goals and aspirations, build skills and job-readiness, and coach them through interviews and into employment – as well as work with prospective employers to support and help them realise the benefits of employing a diverse workforce. In short, the team’s approach is to support a person in the way that most helps them transform their life.
As a Job Coach, you will be responsible for the successful placement and transition of clients into sustainable employment and/or education, providing a high quality, individually tailored service, promoting atWork clients to both local and national employers and contributing to the site's overall Star Ratings performance.
A Job Coaches day looks like:
* Contact 1:1 or group appointments to encourage, motivate and case manage clients through appropriate activities and ensuring mutual obligations are met
* Placing clients into sustainable long-term employment by reverse marketing to potential employers and referring to your employer employment teams’ vacancies
* Coaching and guiding clients to help achieve employment goals
* Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented, and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements.
* Striving to surpass your KPI’s monthly
Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment like hospitality, retail, customer service, sales or similar
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills
* Strong interpersonal skills & the ability to build rapport effectively
* Hold a current driver's licence
