The Job
As a Plumber with Turner & Co Plumbing, you will:
- Manage and successfully complete residential plumbing jobs & projects
- Supervise, train and mentor apprentices and junior tradesmen, supporting learning and growth within the team
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing plumbing problems efficiently
- Collaborate effectively with customers and teammates, promoting more efficient operations and greater outcomes
- Delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining great customer service
You
* Qualified Plumber
* Experience in residential maintenance
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously or in a team
* Fit, active and takes pride in being sharp (on tools and off)
* Communicates well and thrives in a team-first environment
* Valid driver's license, white card and clear police/WWC checks
* Exceptional attention to detail - we hold a high standard in our workmanship
