Office Administrator – Full Time

About Us
Biomass Solutions (Coffs Harbour) Pty Ltd is a waste treatment facility located at the Englands Road Waste Facility in North Boambee Valley that processes green and food waste into high-quality compost.
We are seeking an organised Office Administrator to join our small friendly team.
Full-time position (Monday-Friday)
Key Responsibilities
· Reception/Customer Service
· Answering Phone enquiries
· Process Yard Sales & processing of payments
· Monthly Invoicing Council processing of organics
· Banking & Bank Reconciliation
· Co-ordinate & process Purchase Orders, Supplier Invoices & Payments
· Co-ordinate Sales & transport of product
· General Administration & maintaining records
· Act as a point of contract between staff, customers & management
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
· Previous experience in administration, customer service or reception
· Accounts Receivable &/or Payable experience
· Previous experience with XERO or similar accounting package
· Proficient use of Microsoft Office ie. Outlook & Excel
· Excellent communicator with friendly and positive attitude
· Ability to multi-task and happy to assist where needed as part of a small team
