Role: Early Childhood Teacher
Location: North Coast region, NSW - All centres are located within the NSW North Coast region
Salary Range: Early Childhood Teacher – ranging from $45.45 p/hr to $68.53 p/hr + Superannuation (dependent on qualifications and experience)
Employment Type: Full-time Permanent

Your Impact!
As a Teacher, you will inspire a love of learning in children and foster their development through purposeful, intentional teaching practices delivered with creativity and energy. You will build meaningful relationships with families, so each child has a strong sense of belonging that supports them to thrive. Your love of teaching will be reflected in how you mentor and guide educational practices in your room, and in your work with the broader centre leadership team to develop, review and implement high-quality early learning programs to ensure optimal outcomes for children.

Qualifications
* Teacher – Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).
* Current Teachers Registration.
* Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
* Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Passion and enthusiasm to lead a classroom effectively engaging with educators, families and children to implement the educational program.
* Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families.
* Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.
* Seek and share best practice examples to improve the education program.
* Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members.
