This role is perfect for someone with 2-3 years in Payroll Admin / Payroll Assistant, who is eager to grow their career in Payroll in a stable, long-term environment.Job DescriptionReporting into the Payroll Manager your responsibilities will include:Payroll admin and data entryEntering timesheetsEnd-to-end payroll processing on a weekly basisManaging onboarding and offboarding, leave entitlements, terminations, redundancies, payroll tax, superannuation, etc.Ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulationsManual project allocation based on timesheet submissionsInterpret and apply relevant awards and ERPsManaging payroll-related queries and resolving any discrepanciesOther ad hoc duties as requiredThe Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in a payroll admin, assistant, or officer position. They will be tech-savvy, with the ability to pick up new software.
