Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fitness Manager located in the Greater Brisbane Area. The Fitness Manager will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure the delivery of exceptional fitness programs and services. Responsibilities include managing group exercise and training sessions, developing fitness strategies, mentoring personal trainers, and ensuring a safe environment for clients. The Fitness Manager will engage with members to cultivate a positive and supportive fitness atmosphere.
Qualifications
* Experience and expertise in Group Exercise and Group Training
* Strong background in Personal Training and Exercise Physiology
* In-depth knowledge of the Fitness Industry and its trends
* Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
* Relevant certifications in fitness training or exercise science (e.g., Cert IV in Fitness, First Aid and CPR)
* Passion for promoting health and wellness in a community setting
* Proven ability to work effectively in a customer-focused and team-oriented environment
