About the Role
* You will be responsible for ensuring the performance of dry products meets or exceeds customer expectations.
* You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Supply, and Formulations, to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
* You will be accountable for leading factory-scale trials and providing expertise on raw materials.
* You will communicate progress and results to project teams and stakeholders.
About You
* Bachelors degree in Engineering Food Science Nutrition Biological Science or similar;
* 5 years experience in FMCG (R&D Supply or Engineering);
* Experience in food manufacturing;
