Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including face-to-face, phone, and online interactions.

* You will engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to resolve their queries.
* Utilizing digital platforms and technologies, you will efficiently manage customer interactions, identify new opportunities to offer suitable financial products, and explore ways to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Your role involves performing cash handling, balancing, and administrative tasks as required.
* You will collaborate with the management team and colleagues to achieve company goals and objectives while maintaining high operational standards by adhering to established policies and procedures.

About You:

* With experience in sales and customer service, preferably in retail, banking, or hospitality, you possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to handle cash effectively and maintain accuracy in detail.
* You have a learning mindset and ambition to build a career in the banking industry, coupled with proficiency in MS Office programs/apps and aptitude for technology.
* Key attributes include honesty, integrity, and pride in following procedures in a regulated environment, as well as flexibility in the workplace, ability to take initiative, prioritize work, and problem-solve.
* A genuine desire to help people and work directly with customers, as well as support a team.
