Supply Chain Coordinator Role

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
* Coordinating end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution.
* Managing supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
* Monitoring and forecasting inventory levels to minimize stockouts, overstocking, and food waste.
* Supporting new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities to ensure products reach stores on time.
* Collaborating with internal teams (procurement, operations, marketing, finance) and external partners (suppliers, logistics providers, 3PLs).
* Ensuring compliance with food safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies.
* Analyzing supply chain data, tracking KPIs, and preparing reports to support decision-making.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Prior supply chain experience, ideally in QSR, retail, or fast-paced hospitality.
* Proven track record in supplier management, cost savings, and operational efficiency.
* Strong project and contract management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* Commercial and financial acumen with solid knowledge of sales and operational planning.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
