Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in the vibrant neighborhood of St Kilda? We have a fantastic position available for a talented individual to join our client as a Property Manager. This role offers the perfect balance of office-based work and remote flexibility, providing up to three days of work from home. Additionally, you will enjoy a half-day off on the following Friday after working on alternate Saturdays.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of 150 properties, ensuring all aspects of property management are handled efficiently and effectively. Portfolio is primarily located in St Kilda with a handful of managements in the South Eastern suburbs/Bayside areas.
- Oversee all tenant-related activities, including leasing, rent collection, and handling inquiries or concerns.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance and repair requirements are addressed promptly.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to facilitate necessary repairs, maintenance, or renovations.
- Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Property Manager to ensure smooth operation and efficient workflow.
- Stay updated on local market trends, rental rates, and regulations to maximize property performance.
- Prepare regular reports on property status, financials, and vacancy rates.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Property Manager, demonstrating a strong understanding of property management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, tenants, and colleagues.
- Proficient in property management software and tools, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping.
- Knowledge of local property laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Agents representative certificate/Certificate 4 in Real Estate is required
