Your primary responsibilities will include managing access for new employees and contractor personnel, coordinating travel arrangements, ensuring timely data updates, and maintaining the general office environment.
Responsibilities
* Manage site access processes in accordance with company policies
* Coordinate transportation logistics
* Update databases accurately and on time
* Raise requisitions and work orders as needed
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace
* Assist with coordinating events and functions
* Support operational departments with administrative tasks
Requirements
* 2 years of experience in a similar role, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with INX and PRONTO software
* Hold an unencumbered Australian manual C-class driver's license and reside in Kalgoorlie Boulder
* Possess quick thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
