We are seeking a caring, qualified, and efficient Medical Receptionist to join our team at Maude Street Specialist Centre. This is a part-time position (Mondays and Tuesdays) with additional availability to cover leave when required. 
You will work closely with the Practice Manager to ensure the smooth running of the clinic and support the delivery of high-quality care for our patients. 
Overview 
Key Responsibilities 
- Provide warm and professional front desk reception for patients and visitors 
- Support clinicians and staff with day-to-day administration 
- Promote quality business management and patient care 
- Ensure the practice runs efficiently and aligns with organisational standards 
Qualifications 
- Proven experience in reception and administration 
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
- Warm, personable, and caring manner 
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 
- Familiarity with clinical software (e.g. Best Practice or other medical programs) 
- Experience working with specific patient groups (e.g. adolescents, aged care, migrant or refugee communities, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples)
