Qualifications & experience
* Minimum 2 years' post-admission experience in the areas of property and/or commercial law
* Experience in Microsoft office programs
* Good presentation and ability to manage client relationships essential
* Current admission to practice law in any Australian state is required
* Permanent resident or Australian citizen status is required
Tasks & responsibilities
* Drafting, reviewing and advising on property contracts
* Drafting, reviewing and advising on commercial contracts
* Drafting, reviewing and advising on leases of varying complexity
* Opportunities to branch out into other areas of law such as estate planning and estate administration
* Client facing interaction on all matters
* General file management, including opening and closing files
* Working with the broader team to preparing and send start of matter documents as needed
* Assisting with certain administrative tasks in PEXA, and assisting with other conveyancing tasks
