As an Early Childhood Educator at Goodstart, you'll ignite a love of learning in children, guiding their development with purposeful and energetic teaching practices. You'll need
* Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
* Solid few years' experience as Educational Leader
* Current VIC Working with Children Check
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Proven ability to mentor, coach and lead teams
