Exciting Teaching Opportunities at Making Music Academy
Making Music Academy is a music school unlike any other in Perth Founded by Natasha Mitchell, the school began as her private teaching practice. With growing demand, Natasha expanded by inviting other talented teachers to join her, and today over 100 students are learning with us. We're different because we take our school on the road—bringing music lessons directly to our students' homes.
What makes us unique?
* Lessons are conducted in students' homes, primarily in Mosman Park, making learning convenient and highly popular with families, children, and teens. We are a reputable school and receive many new students through word of mouth Some families even have up to five students learning, meaning you can have multiple hours in one location.
* Teachers build strong, meaningful relationships with students and families, becoming trusted mentors and sources of inspiration.
* As a mobile teacher, you are fully supported: Natasha, our lead teacher, drops in once a term to lessons, you have access to our comprehensive teaching resources and guides platform, and you meet with the whole team each term for collaboration and professional growth.
* Natasha is a qualified primary school teacher, WAAPA graduate, former WASO educator, passionate singer-songwriter, and Early Music Tutor at Scotch College. As the heart of Making Music Academy, she brings her passion for music education to everything she does, ensuring both students and teachers have the best possible learning environment, support, and opportunities to grow and thrive.
