3. As CGC continues to grow across Queensland and nationwide, we're excited to offer a leadership opportunity for an experienced Regional Manager, or an emerging leader ready to take the next step, to drive our SEQ business forward.
4. Whether you're currently a Regional Manager, an experienced Business Unit Manager, or a Project Manager with strong geotechnical expertise, this role offers the chance to influence strategy, build a high performing team, and contribute to projects that shape communities and infrastructure across Australia.
5. You'll join our leadership team and play a pivotal role in identifying growth opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and driving operational excellence. You'll be supported by our National General Manager and a passionate, values driven team committed to purpose and people.
6. Key Responsibilities
* Lead and grow CGC's SEQ business, ensuring strong operational and commercial performance.
* Identify and pursue opportunities across the region, building trusted client relationships.
* Lead, mentor and develop the SEQ team, fostering a collaborative, high performance culture.
* Oversee project delivery, proposals, geotechnical interpretation and reporting.
* Provide support and advice to clients and internal teams.

12. Key Skills & Experience
* Experience delivering and managing projects, budgets, timeframes and stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and report writing skills.
* Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.
* Technical understanding of Project Delivery and the role geotechnics plays through the project life-cycle.
* Technical background in soil/rock mechanics; field experience across varied geological conditions beneficial but not essential.
* Demonstrated behaviours aligned with CGC's values: integrity, respect, resilience, collaboration, accountability and innovation.
* Chartered status and/or RPEQ preferred.
* PMP / AIPM favourable.
* Full working rights in Australia.
