BCC Homes is a trusted local builder specialising in custom Granny Flats across the Gold Coast. With a growing number of projects and a strong reputation for personalised service, we're now on the lookout for a proactive and detail-driven Executive Assistant to support our Directors and help keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes.


About the Role


As our Executive Assistant, you'll be the right hand to the Directors—keeping calendars organised, assisting with client quotes and job tracking, and ensuring smooth communication between the team and clients. You'll play a key role in supporting the sales process, managing project documentation, and maintaining operational flow across the business.

This is more than just a support role—it's an opportunity to work closely with the leadership team in a dynamic building company and contribute to projects that shape real homes and family lifestyles.


Key Responsibilities


· Manage calendars, meetings, and communications for the Directors

· Support sales and estimating processes, including preparation of quotes and tracking leads

· Prepare and issue client contracts, variations, and project paperwork

· Maintain job management systems and CRM (e.g. Buildertrend or similar)

· Liaise with clients to gather information and provide updates

· Assist with day-to-day admin, special projects, and internal coordination


We're Looking For Someone Who:


· Has experience in a similar EA, operations or coordinator role (preferably in construction or a related industry)

· Is tech-savvy and organised, with strong attention to detail

· Communicates professionally and confidently with clients and trades

· Can juggle priorities and stay calm under pressure

· Is comfortable working both independently and as part of a small, fast-paced team
