About You:
* Passion for the industry
* Experience working in ala carte and banquets would be beneficial
* Working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available)
* Must be available to work breakfast shifts
* Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
* Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
* Trade Industry Qualification or completion of Commercial Cookery Qualification

* Serve food in proper portions and onto proper receptacles focusing on attention to detail
* Maintain organizational skills to ensure your section is clean and runs efficiently throughout each service period
* Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a way that aims to exceed guest expectations, focusing on the guest's overall wellbeing
* Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
* Maintain strong food safety and property standards
