Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced professional to join our team of chartered accountants and business administration support staff. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, take pride in their work, and have a strong background in Microsoft Office.

* Greeting clients via phone or face-to-face interaction is a key aspect of this role.
* Data entry, job flow management, lodging income tax returns and business activity statements are also critical tasks.
* The successful applicant will prepare letter templates and excel spreadsheets as well as provide company secretarial services.
