About the role
This is an excellent opportunity to join the dynamic team at Across Countries Pty Ltd as a Warehouse Assistant. In this full-time role based in Seven Hills, NSW, you will be an integral part of our efficient warehousing and distribution operations. You will work collaboratively to ensure the timely and accurate processing of goods in and out of our busy warehouse.
What you'll be doing
* Receive, unload and process incoming goods and materials
* Accurately pick, pack and dispatch outgoing orders
* Maintain high standards of stock control, organisation and cleanliness in the warehouse
* Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and effectively
* Assist with inventory management and cycle counting
* Support the wider team with ad-hoc warehouse and logistics tasks as required
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in a warehousing or logistics role, preferably in a fast-paced distribution environment
* Forklift license and experience operating material handling equipment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Physical fitness and stamina to undertake manual handling tasks
* Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work safety guidelines
