We're on the lookout for a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Personal Support Australia, a values-driven provider of high-quality NDIS services across Adelaide.
About the Role:
As our Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying growth opportunities, strengthening partnerships, and expanding our participant base. You'll use your established connections and in-depth knowledge of the NDIS to build trust, promote our services, and help us reach more individuals in need of support.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Drive participant acquisition and service growth across SDA, SIL, and community support
Build and maintain strong referral relationships with LACs, Support Coordinators, hospitals, allied health providers, and stakeholders
Identify market trends, opportunities, and new service areas
Collaborate with intake and operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
Represent the organisation at networking events and industry forums
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in NDIS business development, or relationship management
An existing, strong network within the disability, health or community services sectors
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic, results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
A genuine passion for improving the lives of people with disability
