Physiotherapist (In-Person, Sunshine Coast)

This position will suit a clinician who enjoys working independently, building meaningful client relationships, and contributing to high-quality functional outcomes.
About the Role
This is a full-time, permanent, in-person role based on the Sunshine Coast. The caseload will primarily include Support at Home and aged care clients, with opportunities to work with NDIS and private community referrals. Services will be delivered across home, community, clinic and gym-based environments, supported by partner facilities as required.
There is scope to develop special interest areas such as falls prevention, neurological rehabilitation, chronic disease management, post-operative rehabilitation, and functional reconditioning.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver physiotherapy assessment and treatment across community, home, clinic and gym settings.
* Provide rehabilitation for mobility, balance, strength, falls prevention, chronic pain, and post-surgical recovery.
* Support aged care and Support at Home clients to optimise function and independence.
* Provide services to NDIS and private clients across a range of presentations.
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
* Collaborate closely with Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, Dietitians and other clinicians.
* Manage your own caseload and referral relationships.
* Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
About You
* AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist.
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy.
* Previous clinical experience required (not suitable for new graduates).
* Strong clinical reasoning and ability to work autonomously.
* Experience or interest in aged care, Support at Home, NDIS and community rehabilitation.
* Current driver's licence.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check & WWC or willingness to obtain.
* COVID and influenza vaccination evidence.
* Full working rights in Australia.
* Willingness to travel primarily across the Sunshine Coast, with occasional wider travel by mutual agreement.
