Our client is a global organisation and a well recognised brand. Due to increased demand we are looking for a Business Consultant to join the team. This person will be a core member of a layered, multi-disciplinary team responsible for designing, developing, testing and implementing the business solution.
**About the role**:
As a Senior Business Consultant you will take a leadership role with the organisation's clients. Part of your role will be analysis, definition and documentation of business and functional requirements and configuration.
You will support the client's product proposition and operating model throughout the implementation of the Sonata software package within
Wealth Management clients.
- **Technical and Non technical skills**:
- A good understanding of Business Process including the ability
- Mapping of "As-Is" and "To-Be" processes using ARIS toolset and MS Visio.
- Business process analysis using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN 2.0).
- A background working in Super/Finance organisation as well as a good understanding of Super/financial Products and processes.
- A technical understanding of Sonata
- Development of clear and detailed process maps and requirements.
- Ensure functional requirements are captured in process maps.
- Create work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Solutioning; identify how the client's technology requirements can be best supported within the Sonata platform through
configuration or new development
- Strong analytical skills including knowledge of UML or other structured analysis method
- Clear communication style, whether written or oral, effective in presentations
- Strong stakeholder Management skills
