Role Responsibilities
This role provides administrative and clerical support to the manager and team, ensuring smooth operation within various settings such as services, units, wards, or facilities.

Selection Criteria
* Experience in a support role within a complex organization, demonstrating effective teamwork.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a busy environment.
* Effective communication skills with stakeholders, attention to detail, and good listening skills.
* Proficiency in common ICT tools such as word processing, data entry, emails, and internet searches.
* Commitment to excellent customer service, privacy, and confidentiality.
* Motivated, with initiative and ability to work under broad supervision.
* Understanding of health and medical terminology.
