Speech Pathologist Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team, delivering Allied Health support to participants in the community with Occupational & Speech Therapy services.
Job Description:
* Manage a caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner.
* Deliver speech pathology services to participants within schools, homes, and the local community.
* Use clinical observations, standardised assessments, and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant.
* Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Speech Pathologist, your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing a varied caseload of participants requiring speech pathology services.
* Developing and implementing individualised treatment plans to meet the needs of participants.
* Maintaining awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
* Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
* Experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Proactive attitude and genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
